Yes. You may confirm your Online/Web Application over Loan by phone. Online/Web application cannot be confirmed thru a CSR.

No. Loan by Phone Application shall be confirmed over Loan by Phone only.

1. When I use a mobile device to log in to www.yykredit.com, why do I see "under construction"?
We are currently working on the YYKredit mobile version to fit to the needs of the mobile screen size and the touch screen interface.

1. Is there a cut-off time in receiving loans?
  • Over-the-Counter Application: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Mondays - Fridays; 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM on Saturdays.
  • Loan by Phone Application: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM Mondays - Fridays; 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM on Saturdays.
  • Web/Online Application: 24 hours Mondays - Sundays.
  • 2. Is there a cut-off time in processing loans?
  • Over-the-Counter Application: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM Mondays - Fridays; 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM on Saturdays.
  • Loan by Phone Application: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM Mondays - Fridays; 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM on Saturdays.
  • Web/Online Application: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM Mondays - Fridays; 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM on Saturdays.
  • 3. Can I cancel my loan even if I confirmed it? Is there a cancellation fee?
  • *For PROCESSED loan and still available for releasing, NO FEE shall be collected.
  • *For RELEASED loan and was returned within the day the loan was processed, a FEE of Php 500.00 shall be collected.
  • *For released loan and was returned on the succeeding day the loan was processed, PRE-TERMINATION COMPUTATION shall be followed.
    1. Note: Pre-termination computation is not applicable for released loan with a term of nine (9) months and below. Thus, shall be paid with the whole interest.
    4. How many loan applications are allowed in a day?
    Only one (1) loan application to process is allowable in a day.
    5. Can I get a rebate if I will pay my outstanding balance in full before maturity?
    Pre-payment or Pre-termination Computation shall apply to Standard Loan with a loan term of ten (10) months and above and with at least 2.5 remaining months to maturity.
    6. Can I confirm my online/web application over Loan by Phone?
    Yes. You may confirm your Online/Web Application over Loan by phone. Online/Web application cannot be confirmed thru a CSR.
    7. Do you need to verify my employment status for my succeeding loan application?
  • For BPO companies, every standard loan application shall go through employment verification from the respective HR Department.
  • For Non-BPO companies, your application will be directly evaluated upon acknowledgment.
  • 8. Can I apply online even if I have fully paid my loan balance?
    As long as we still have your active ATM payroll card and you still have an active Chinatrust card, you can still apply online or over loan by phone.
    9. Can I apply for a Short-term Loan even if I don't have an existing Standard Loan (Long-term loan)?
    Yes. For new clients, we can initially approve Short-term loans such as P.O. Cash, P-Loan, Educational, Medical Loans (Resita & Hospitalization), and Quick Cash.
    • Client must still submit the following General Requirements upon application.
    10. What are those loans that need supporting documents? Where can I send these?
    Loans that need supporting documents are the following:
    • *Educational Loan - latest school assessment and birth certificate of the student
    • *Hospitalization Loan - hospital billing at most one (1) month valid from the statement date and birth certificate of the patient.
    • *Resita Loan - doctor's prescription at most one (1) month valid from the date of prescription and birth certificate of the patient.

    YYK issued ATM Card, Payroll Card, and Chinatrust Cards
    1. When can I have a YYKredit issued ATM Card?
    You will be issued a Chinatrust card a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the date of request. Approach our Customer Service Representatives for inquiries and request of card. The first card is FREE.
    2. Is there any fee for a replacement of Chinatrust card?
    Yes. A fee of Php 100.00 for every replacement card.
    3. What to do if my Chinatrust card is Blocked, Lost or Captured? Cash Debited?
    Call our Loan Officer immediately to report any problematic card at local 5101-5104.
    4. Can I claim my loan proceeds or salary over the counter even if I have Chinatrust card?
  • Salaries of clients who are active Chinatrust cardholders must be wired to their respective Chinatrust account/card.
  • Personal Money (expected money aside from salary) can be claimed over-the-counter in any of our offices without a charge or you can request to have your personal money be wired to your Chinatrust account/card with a deposit charge of Php10.00.
  • Loan proceeds applied Online or Loan by Phone can be claimed over-the-counter in any of our offices or may be wired to your Chinatrust account/card without charges.

  • Note on Online to Chinatrust Limitations:
  • Net salary of Php200.00 and below must be claimed over-the-counter in any of our offices.
  • Loan proceeds below Php500.00 and below must be claimed over-the-counter in any of our offices.
  • 5. When can I have my ATM payroll card after paid up?
    You can claim your ATM payroll card at a maximum of three (3) days from the date of request if you wish to claim it in any of our Branch Offices. But if you wish to have your ATM payroll card within the day, proceed directly to our Main Office.
    BPO Clients
    1. Do you need to verify my employment status for my succeeding loan application?
  • For BPO companies, every standard loan application shall go through employment verification from the respective HR Department.
  • For Non-BPO companies, your application will be directly evaluated upon acknowledgment.
  • 2. Transferring to another company?
    We're here to help make the transition easy for you. You may still avail of our services even if you are still on probationary status with your new company. You will retain all your history with us as long as you tell us. Call us at our ATM Center at 3447280 local 5100 or approach any of our tellers for immediate assistance.

    4. New Applicant Application Process
  • Secure an application form in the nearest branch office attached with the other requirements.
  • Submit these to the Customer Service Representative.
  • Loan application is subject for evaluation by the Loan Officer.
  • Loan approval of one (1) hour depending on the availability of the Human Resource Personnel upon employment verification.
